Do you carry insurance?

Yes! Rest easy knowing that we are always covered with liability insurance, and we provide certificates of insurance on request.

As always, there are no hidden fees. This is an industry standard practice and we do not charge extra for carrying liability coverage.

How long does it take for you to setup?

We are able to set up all of our equipment - photo gear, monitors, kiosks, makeup stations, all in less than two hours.

We provide all our own equipment, and all we need is a power outlet and access to the conference’s wireless network.

Can expo attendees request editing?

Absolutely. Although our headshots are ready to use straight out of the camera with out any editing, some attendees want us to take their headshots just one step further with facial retouching, and removing blemishes.

We’re more than happy to provide this service to them on an individual basis to make sure they love their new headshots.
